What specific measures has the Nigerian government undertaken to address income inequality in the country?

Human inequality exist everywhere in the world. But the rate of inequality in Nigerian society is alarming⏰🔥. Large numbers of people in Nigeria are in poverty line where as few are cruising with their 500M-woth Lamborghini in the same country.

I only mentioned the economic aspect of inequality in Nigeria though. There exists social inequality, which is another topic for another day. So, my question to Nigerians, What specific measures has the Nigerian government undertaken to address income inequality in the country?

Jason Hamaan There’s but less effective. The Grant schemes which Buhari and Tinubu’s governments offer were purposely made to counter economic inequality in Nigerian society. Once the poor had money to start up business and make money, they won’t be looking forward to the reach classes. In turn, creating a safe ground for the rich.

Jameela ohunene Grants? The grants which Nigerian government give are distributed equally regardless whether high or low earners. Was the grant only granted for low earners? No.
