Why was Mohamed so hateful of Jews and Christians when he actually posits that his own God (Allah) was the one who sent messengers to these groups?

A Christian bishop once asked me while i was in national library in Abuja, “Why was Mohamed so hateful of Jews and Christians when he actually posits that his own God (Allah) was the one who sent messengers to these groups?”

Say, : "We believe in God and what is revealed to us, and what was revealed to Abraham, Ishmael, Isaac, Jacob and the Tribes, and what was given to Moses and Jesus, and what was given to (all) the prophets, from their Lord.

We make no distinction between them.

And submit ourselves entirely to God."

(Qur’an 2:136)

The bishop asked a good Question! Quick answer: because Mohamed (PBUH) was not hateful of Jews and Christians as communities . But He Muhammad was hateful to whoever is a liar, treachery, corrupt, evil oppressors and learned, who not only deviated from devine scriptures which were revealed to preceded prophets but also altered laws therein in their favor made evil the norms, hard to challenge as it appears divine. It is like a virus inserted into scriptures where one section is divine and the other from human alteration. The bad thing about this is it misleads, confuse and create division between adherers. Is the reason why Judaism, Christianity and even Islam had so much sects conflict one another within their communities.
